Dustin Runnels has been entertaining fans all over the world for years in several different wrestling promotions. Whether it has been as Dustin Rhodes or as Goldust, this WWE Superstar still competes in the ring today, but he has been missing in action for several weeks now due to a double knee surgery that he had not too long ago. While speaking on the Sports Guys Talking Wrestling podcast, Goldust teased that he could be ending his in-ring career very soon. Goldust has been competing for nearly three decades and is definitely very knowledgeable on pro wrestling, but he noted that he feels as if he has done just about all that he can do in his career, thus the reason why he might be hanging up the boots in the near future. “What’s next? I’m at the end of my career here and about to be 50 in April. What else is there to do? I don’t know.” Goldust said.
Shaul Guerrero comes from one of the most legendary families in the history of pro wrestling. She comes from the famous Guerrero family, and she is the daughter of late WWE Hall of Famer Eddie Guerrero and former WWE personality Vickie Guerrero. Shaul competed for WWE as Raquel Diaz until she left the promotion and ended her career as a wrestler in 2014. Guerrero is now coming back to wrestling as the newest member of AXS TV’s Women of Wrestling program. It has been confirmed that Guerrero has signed with WOW and will be serving as the promotion’s new ring announcer. Guerrero will begin her work for WOW on October 10th, and the show premieres on AXS TV in early 2019.
Longtime WWE Superstar The Big Show has largely remained away from the ring so far this year, but the former world champion has been keeping himself busy by representing WWE at various charity events, and with some other projects outside of the company. “The World’s Largest Athlete” has now just landed himself a recurring role on the Syfy original series “Happy!” Big Show will be portraying a prisoner named “Big Pink” throughout the show’s upcoming second season. The series is about Nick Sax (played by Christopher Meloni,) a former detective who now works as a hitman, and who can also see and hear an imaginary friend named Happy (played by Patton Oswalt.) No word on a premiere date for the new season as of yet.
